abandoned cell towers

I have a lease with a tower company and there are no tenants on the tower after 15 years. I am concerned the company will either go broke or abandon the tower and I will be stuck with a tower on my property - to either maintain or remove. What are the obligations of the tower owner if they abandon or file for bankruptcy? What are my obligations regarding the tower under those same circumstances?
