Hello,

I would like to inquire about acceptable clearances of rooftop cellular equipment such as base stations and antenna from building service features such as boiler ventilation piping on the side walls, exhaust fans, etc. that may cause possible moisture/vapor accumulation on the equipment and could cause damage.

Each site is different because the exiting materials on building roofs used are not always the same. The only real issue is the location of the cell sites HVAC unit and it's proximity to the existing structures. When an A.E. does the design of a site they take these existing factors into consideration when they design the site.
