Additional parts added to an existing cell tower

Years ago Crown Castle put a cell tower on my parents land. CC pays monthly rent based on a 25 year contract. Verizon Wireless is currently the carrier using the tower. Recently they have added other types of devices to the tower....whether it is an additional carrier or not we have no idea. My parents are concerned they have been severely under paid. Should they approach Crown Castle with their concerns?

No, call us. Our initial consultation is free. We would need to see the lease and any notices involving a transfer to CC that might have taken place. Once we see this we can tell you what your rights are and develop a strategy.
