Can I get a cell tower on my property?

How can I get a cell tower built on my property? I read somewhere you should not pay for this service but I also saw that you charge a fee for this. Whats up with that?

Hi Sarah. Yes, we charge a nominal fee if you want us to submit your property information and contact information to each of the cellular carrier real estate departments and cell tower management company real estate departments. We gave the information and instructions away for FREE on our website for over ten years and still, our readers would contact us for help because the process is not as easy as filling out a form.

We have received THOUSANDS of inquiries about how to get a cell tower over the years. Since our time is limited and valuable we decided after 11 years to offer this service a few months back for a fee of $199. This does three things. It can increase the chances of your property being seen by the carriers and tower companies, it compensates us for our time. We usually charge at least $500 per hour when an attorney wants to ask us advice for a client, and it weeds out the tire kickers.
