Cell Tower Lease - Crescendo

I bought my house two years ago and there is a cell tower on the other side of my back fence. I was just recently contacted by Crescendo Capital Trust wanting me to cash out a lump sum for my cellular lease. I don't know anything about a lease and neither realtor mentioned it upon the sale. How do I find out if there is an existing lease on my property?

I too was recently contacted by Crescendo Capital Trust regarding a cell tower lease. I bought my home in 1992 and two cell towers were erected on the other side of my fence. I like Harry from Texas don't know anything about a lease. The towers are built on a commercial property, which abuts my residential property. One of the towers is less than 10 feet from my property. How do I find out if there is some kind of existing lease on my property?
