Cell Tower Lease Fees in my Metropolitan Area

Hello, I don't know if you can answer this, and totally ok if you can't but I'm doing a project for a city in Arizona. I'm just gathering information on how much the lease fees are to rent space on a tower. I would just like to get a range of fees from across the valley in Arizona, like in Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale, etc. Just to get a few quotes would be very helpful. Thank you.

No cookie cutter cell tower lease values
by: Stephen

Why would a city hire somebody to provide them with a wireless industry report who was not in the industry?

The range is $1 per year to $70,000+ per year depending on a dozen factors that are site specific.
