cell tower on a property I want to buy

Hi,
I am looking to buy a property with a cell tower on it and right next to the house.The seller wants to keep the cell tower lease. Sounds so strange because it would be on a property I won and part of it is a tower that someone else gets paid to own. Any ideas on how I could get the previous owner out of this business and deal with the cell company myself?

I own real estate with a SFH & there is a cell tower on the property. If I sell the real estate I am not selling the cell lease rights. Why would I. It is nice passive income.

Consider it similar to transferring your mineral rights (more commonly an issue in Texas & other areas where gas drilling is common.)

If you own the property, the tower should come with it. They should of considered that before they went all in with their chips.
