I would like to know what is the common pricing model between the tower company to the tenants and if there is a model that the tenant gets a discount when new tenants are going to the site?

Tower pricing model for tower companies
by: Tower Genius

The standard model for tower developers is to acquire 100' x 100' (30Meter x 30Meter) leased ground area and to lease that for as little as possible to land owner. And to maximize the rental of their vertical real estate in any way possible. Their goal is simply to provide the greatest profitability for their investment. They rarely offer the underlying landlord any compensation for additional carriers locating on site. Every site is looked upon on a site by site basis and is unique.
