co-location

We leased property to a company for a cell tower a number of years ago. At that time the City required the cell company to make provisions for 1 co-locate. We were told by the city at that time that the next carrier to come along would be required to locate on this tower. We knew at that time the next company to come along would need more property which we have and are willing the lease. Another company now has come along but the City is not requiring them to locate on "my" tower because their (the new company's) engineers say the location is not suitable. I feel that their engineers will deem the site unusable no matter what. Any input?

Please call us an we will need to look at the site you have and see if their is any valid reason why they are not using your site. In many cases, as you seem to suspect, the tower companies and/or carriers do not tell the truth about such things. The first consultation is free.
