Communications facility

AT&T is has approached me to lease a portion of my land for an antenna but the structure keeps changing they say because of the county planning department.

First it was to be located in an artificial spruce tree then in a square tall structure 50' high and now in a silo type building which looks to be about 60' high. Still do not have any dimensions.

Also I have no idea how to check on what the monthly rental rate should be in my area (Jefferson County Colorado).

I know they have been placing many cell phone antennas in my area but most are around 30' or lower. They had me look at another silo in the area but it is not like my land. I have very nice home to the North and South of me where it would be place on the back of my barn.

The planning departments do sometimes change the initial design planned by a carrier. As for price it is determined by many factors... not a range in a specific county. It is based on what the site covers, how it fits their networks needs, are there other sites that can be leased for less that are equal from a zoning, construction and coverage perspectives.
