Tower companies may want to get the rights to several acres but they really only need the small 10' x 10' (or smaller) areas of ground space where the guyed wires are anchored. You want to make sure that they don't end up controlling the rest of the property as it could affect you if you farm the site or have livestock grazing. Please call us to discuss further.
