Inquiries Received regarding buying my cell site lease

I continually get letters asking me to sell my cell site lease or something to that effect. It is always addressed to my late wife who owned a rental house on a couple acres. I now manage that property but to my knowledge, there was never any agreement to put a cell site anywhere. However, the fact that I continually get these letters makes me think I may not have know about this at my wife's passing. I do not receive any lease payments that lead me to believe there is something in place. The lot is very wooded and I can't see all of it from the house. Any help is appreciated.

Sometimes firms in their rush to get a site up, look at a few properties and even sign options to lease a primary site as well as a fallback. They sometimes file memorandums of lease with the county records but sometimes do not actually move forward with the tower but the record of a site is still on your title.
