my annual rent is very low

Dear sir

i have rented out my to roof to telnor in Pakistan as to compare fair market of rent very high in my double ,

they cheat us before one year they are giving salary to guard and free Mobil now they with drawn all thing , because it not the part of lease ,they make fool ,they give greed of two guard salary , and we did not read the lease paper & we signed .

now my area rent double for residential house , i want to re negotiate the term and annual rent

pls guide me
