Rent increased for a new sharing but they are not paying it from last 8 months

i am a licensor of a telecom tower in India, a new operator has entered and installed and a new agreement was done for enhanceing my current rent 8 months ago but they are not paying it.

Can i switch off the said operator? is there any legal bar?

please help!!!

Sunny, you really need to see what your lease says and how the new operator came on-line. Did they have an agreement with you or with the tower owner? We can't help you from the United States, you should have a real estate attorney in India take a look at your situation.
