SBA Lease buyout

by Tami
(Delaware)

I was approached to sell my lease agreement cash flow for a tower I have on my property that is owned by SBA. The offer is seven and a half times my revenue stream.
Am i getting ripped off.... can I do better?

You can do better

Tami,

That is the low end for cell tower buyout agreements. You also need to look at the deal and see if they are just buying the lease or the perpetual easement at your property. Please give us a call at 888-313-9750 so that we can properly evaluate your deal and provide you with the tools you need to maximize your value and protect yourself in the process.
