SBA said that due to the shutdown of Nextel's iDen network, they want us to do one of two options:
Option 1 Abatement - suspend ground rent for 36 months or until they get a new tenant.
Option 2 Revenue Sharing - elimination of base rent...we would receive $400 per month per broadband carrier, with 1% yearly increases.
