Selling our city owned tower leasing rights.

We have 11 years left on our 25 year lease with A regional carrier. We have two similar offers. Both offering $150,000. Our rent is $1074 a month with two arrays now on the tower. It has a escalator clause every 5 years based on CPI. I have a call into Our current tenant to see if we can change and extend the contract. Working for the city I as a elective official am doing due diligence and want to ask you for your advice. Is this a smart thing to do?
