Sprint Rooftop cell antennas

I'm appraising an apartment building with a Sprint rooftop antenna. The lease has a 30 day cancellation clause at any time. How secure are these income streams? I've have not seen any of the companies opt out of the leases in the past. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Sprint and Nextel merged over a decade ago and they are still in the process of taking down cell sites that they don't need anymore with the old technology.
