utility easement

Crown Castle has three carriers on my tower. Verizon has Frontier fiber optic cable. Now Sprint is installing Comcast fiber optic cable. They have installed the conduit under ground for Comcast to pull the fiber optic through. The conduit is not within the easement for utilities off easement as much as 6 ft in some places. What can I do? I also have t-mobile on the tower.

Sprint was the original owner of the tower on my property. Sold or leased to Global Signal , then to Crown Castle. Sprint leased back the space that they used but I recived no colocation for that. Now it is rumored that Sprint may buy out T-Mobile. T-mobile is my best paying co-locator. Would I lose that rent payment if the merger takes place?

Once again Anonymous is 100% correct. We would need to read your lease and review any site plans that you may have signed off on before construction. Give us a call and we will see if you can force them to the table for more money.

If they are outside the contracted easement they have made a serious mistake and would need to compensate you for that.
